Manage Attendees

You can manage your bookings from within your Events admin area or if you have BuddyPress enabled you can manage bookings for events you created from within your profile pages.

If you have disabled booking approvals from the booking options then bookings will automatically be confirmed and there will never be any pending booking screen messages like with the screenshot on the right.

From here, you are able to click on events that have bookings associated with them. You can view events in various perspectives. All these perspectives allow you to navigate between themselves and you are able to manage (i.e. approve/reject/etc) bookings in all these perspectives.

Dashboard

Shows the current upcoming events with bookings, and also a list of pending bookings (if approvals are enabled).

Event Bookings

You can view all the bookings for one event.

User Bookings

View all the bookings this  user has made (if user cannot manage other users’ bookings, they will only see bookings at their events).

Booking Detail

View the specific booking to see the break down in tickets, price, and you are also able to add private notes (e.g. customer communication) for your own reference about the booking.

Ticket Detail

View all the bookings for a specific event Ticket.
