Whilst we provide direct support to our pro customers via private forums, there are many ways of getting help with the free plugin:

- Ask for help on the community forums, there is an active community there and we do drop in regularly.

You may be interested in knowing that the free version of our plugin is a very complete plugin, Pro is an add-on which you install along side EM, so you can set up the free version, try it out, and then upgrade to Pro without losing your previous settings. Alternatively you could take a look at the demo or take Pro for a spin. Otherwise, ask away!
